Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 1, 2026

Guardian of Ilzarah ("the Game") is developed by LowKI / BZI Studio ("we", "us"). This privacy policy explains what data the Game handles and how.

Data Stored on Your Device

Your game progress (upgrades, settings, current run, personal best scores) is stored locally on your device using standard storage (localStorage). This data is included in Android's automatic backup to your Google account so you can restore progress when reinstalling the app. We do not have access to this local data.

Online Leaderboard

The Game offers an optional online leaderboard. Submitting a score is voluntary — it only happens when you choose to open the leaderboard and enter a display name. When you submit, the following data is sent to and stored on our database provider (Supabase):

This information is shown publicly in the in-game leaderboard to other players. Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). If you want your leaderboard entry removed, contact us at the e-mail address below.

Advertising

The Game shows occasional advertisements provided by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, AdMob may access your device's advertising identifier and related device information. For users in the EEA/UK, ad personalization is subject to your consent choice. You can learn more in Google's advertising privacy information. The Game itself does not use analytics or tracking beyond what AdMob requires for advertising.

Third-Party Services

Children's Privacy

The Game is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes are reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
